Proficient in design, development, engineering and deployment
of CISCO CVP IVR (VXML application using Call studio) Finesse and CTIOS agent desktop applications. Understanding of backend integration methods and processes. Proficient at making recommendations and turning business requirements into executable solutions through the use of best practices. Position requires a BS degree or equivalent combination of education and a minimum 3 years of relevant work experience. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and ability. Additional requirements include: ability to troubleshoot software issues; excellent oral and written communication skills; willing to travel up to 100%; working knowledge of Cisco Contact Center technologies, Java and Databases; strong planning and organizational skills.

Ability to design complex VUI documents and highly technical
Microsoft Visio Call flows for IVR applications. Ability to troubleshoot software issues. Working knowledge of Cisco Contact Center technologies, Java and Databases. Understanding of Concepts of CTI, UCCE, UCCX and UCM. Experience in developing complex IVR/VRU Call flows. Strong planning and organizational skills to meet critical timelines. Position requires an in depth understanding of IVR/VXML technology, JAVA, J2EE; the architecture of Cisco Call Center technologies; an understanding of SDLC process and implementation; experience in design, development, testing and implementation of self-service DTMF, directed dialog and NLU Speech applications; various IDE’s like Cisco Studio, Interaction Composer, CVP Call Studio and GVP Studio; and of Speech Recognition parameters like ASR, TTS and thorough understanding of IVR Speech Tuning. The successful candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology or related field (or the equivalent) and five(5) years of experience in the engineering/development field, more specifically with Cisco Call Center Technologies. Experience may have been gained concurrently.

Experience with AWS or Twillio a plus. Ability to lead and generate requirements, design, test and deployment documentation.
Experience with NLU and directed dialog speech application projects.
Experience with NLU tagging analysis as part of an NLU tuning. Experience with VUI evaluation as part of a tuning effort. Experience across broad vertical markets such as health care, utilities, banking, financial services and transportation/logistics. Experience with multi-language design. BA degree or equivalent experience. Good documentation and customer communications skills. Ability to lead a design and requirements session with Fortune 1000 business and IT clients.
